Name Project

The Name Project was the first project that we did. We were assigned a camera and then we were set free to search for creative letters to spell out our names. Since this was our first project of the year, we ere able to mess around with Photoshop and eventually we were supposed to put our letter all on one page. We learned that we need to use our time wisely and how to use Photoshop.

Tutorial Project

In this edit was very simple, I made a layer from the original picture, locked the original, then used the magnetic lasso tool and outlined the blue, then I changed the color to a teal.

This photo was a little more complicated, I made a layer and I chose a color then used the brush tool to change the color of the hair. I then locked the original picture and used the eraser tool erase my mistakes. For the eyes I used the magnet outline tool and circled the iris, and changed the color and saturation, I also used two different saturation tool.

Helpful Resource's

Teacher Creature Project

In the beginning of this project my teacher Roxy taught us about Foreground Ground, Middle Ground, and Back Round. It helped me realize the different perspectives you can have while looking at a picture. I had changed the color of Sara P.'s face to match the cloud. When working on the background I had feathered the beach and water and the sunset and water so that they would fit together then used the blur tool to "blend" them together. I also used a variety of tools such as the Magic Wand, Magic eraser, Type, and the Eye Dropper tool to complete this project.

For this project, I had used an online app that's called SketchUp on google. It was a totally new experience, something new to learn
